Our firm is lead by James R. Sanchez, P.E., P.L.S., a graduate engineer from the Colorado School of Mines with over 25 years experience in Pennsylvania working with large and medium size industrial projects in preparation of applications and permit requirements to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP).

Recent experience in 2009 included an application and successful permitting of a stream enclosure and relocation that required a Joint Permit from the US Army Corps of Engineers and the PA DEP in order to allow construction of a large commercial application.

Staff available to the firm includes personnel experienced in Land Surveying, CAD drawing preparation, wetlands evaluation, and environmental geological evaluation.
